Is Gym Necessary for 2020 Lifestyle 


If you are a Gymer or gym freak and like to workout its your option to go to gym. If you need to be fit and your phisical and mental health should be good you need to spend few minute or an hour everyday for a good health and lifestyle. Gym can help you to concentrate on every work you do each day. It keeps your mind refresh and help you gain stamina. When you do workout or an exercise to your body it gives you a positive vibes the whole day. 

Gym or any physique exercises help you to be fit and keeps you away from laziness. Paying money to gain muscles and strength is worth, to do this you need to concentrate and workout. Naturally doin workout and building muscles is good in the long term of your health.

Can you be healthier without going to Gym ?
Yes, you can be healthier without going to gym untill you do some exercises and make your food digest properly and work hard in your fields. To be fit you need to walk and run everyday and also do some exercises so that your food gets digested and keeps you fit and avoid eating outside junk food. The lifestyle of people in 2020 is becoming so worst, so take a disciplined lifestyle to be fit. 

Advantages of going to Gym
1. It can help you feel happier everyday when you go workout in gym.
2. The whole day is boosted and keeps you away from laziness.
3. Builds your stamina and potential to face any situation with confidence.
4. It helps you to gain muscles and bones strength.
5. It helps to loose sweat and gives you a good skin health and glowing skin.
6. It helps your brain and physical health to be good. 
7. It helps to relax and have a good sleep.

Disadvantages of going to Gym
1. You will be addicted to gym or you may loose interest after going to gym after few weeks.
2. You may gain or loose weight when you leave the gym.
3. If you have a workout partner you may depend on him/her and you don't go regularly if they don't come.
4. Following the diet will be a problem and may switch on to normal food habits. 
5. Lifting more weights and doing improper exercises may get serious injuries. 
6. If you skip a week or 10 days you will loose the strength and increase the fat in your body.
