How to lose Weight in 60 Days
Losing Weight in 60 Days is not that difficult when you are under 85Kg. The following are the steps to lose your weight:-
STEP 1
Everyday you need to sleep 8 to 8.5 hours.
After waking up early in the morning you need to drink 1 litre of water and 250ml of lemon water without sugar.
STEP 2
Everyday you need to spend 30 to 40 minutes of time for morning exercise in the initial days. Everyday do 5 different exercises in the morning. Then drink some water when you are doing the exercises.
STEP 3
Eat some breakfast which has high protein and less in fat. The breakfast is 2 egg whites 2 slice of brown bread and 200 ml of milk and 1 banana.
STEP 4
After the breakfast complete your work at afternoon eat some food which contains vitamins protien and carbohydrates which helps you to be strong the whole day which is like 1 cup Brown Rice and 2 Roti or 2 chapati. Drink more water to be hydrated.
STEP 5
In the evening eat some fruits and vegetables which contains more water. Do not eat the junk food. The quantity of the food should be lesser than before.
Avoid the food which are having high fats and oil.
STEP 6
In evening after eating the snacks take rest for an hour or more and do 5 exercises which has Cardio exercises and body exercises. Drink everyday 3 to 4 litres of water and walk and run upto 2.5 km before the exercises.
STEP 7
The dinner food should be of 2 egg whites 2 Roti or Chapati and a glass of fruit juice and cucumber. After the dinner do not sleep upto 1.4 to 2 hours. Follow this routine to be fit and healthy
